Ein Regierungsprogramm von in Groebner Verfassung
Der kleine Mann auf der Straße, das ist immer noch ein Mensch wie Du und ich.
Fragen wir ihn also: Warum ist der kleine Mann eigentlich immer auf der Straße? Hat
er kein zu Hause? Und wie klein ist er genau? Strebt das Volk eigentlich immer nach
Größe, weil es aus lauter kleinen Männern besteht?
Was will das Volk eigentlich? Weiß es das überhaupt? Oder was es ist? Gibt’s neben
dem Volkswillen auch ein Volkswissen? Und was sagt man dem Volk? Ausser: Folgts!
Jetzt gibt es einen, der weiß das alles. Schließlich ist das Volk der Severin! Oder
Souverän? Egal. Das wird volklich eine volkenreiche Begegnung. Mit volkigen
Begründungen. Hier bleibt nichts volkenlos. Volkasko verunsichert sozusagen. Dafür
gibt’s Vollkornbrot und Spiele. Denn hier kommt ein Autokrat zum Knutschen.
Einer bei dem die Willkür vor der Pflicht kommt.
Eben einer wie Du und ich.
