Ihr gelingt das kleine Wunder ganz mit der Ikone zu verschmelzen und gleichzeitig doch so sehr die unvergleichliche Miss Evi zu sein. Sie taucht ein in die Welt der Piaf von Paris bis New York und ist darin Zirkusdirektor, freche Göre, Hure und Heilige, böse Hexe und uferlos Liebende. Wenn Evi Niessner singt, wird jeder Ton zu einem Kuss, einer Umarmung, einem Seufzer.
